Production Process: From Aluminum Foil to Finished Lids

Rolling temperature and deformation are precisely controlled to achieve a uniform microstructure.

Annealing: The key process for achieving O temper. Controlled annealing removes work hardening from cold rolling, restoring excellent softness and elongation.

Finishing and coating: The foil undergoes strict degreasing and cleaning to reach high cleanliness standards (e.g., "A-grade water brush"). Functional coatings, such as protective lacquers and heat-seal coatings-are applied on one or both sides to meet lamination and printing requirements.
